الوصف الوظيفي:

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تكنولوجيا المعلومات التي تدعم أهداف الشركة التجارية وعملياتها التجارية.
• قيادة وإدارة فريق تكنولوجيا المعلومات، مع توفير التوجيه، والإرشاد، وتقييم الأداء.
• الإشراف على تصميم وتنفيذ وصيانة البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات في الشركة، وضمان توفرها العالي وأمانها.
• التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى لفهم احتياجاتهم التكنولوجية وتقديم حلول فعالة.
• إدارة ميزانيات تكنولوجيا المعلومات، بما في ذلك التنبؤ والتخطيط ومراقبة النفقات.
• ضمان الامتثال للوائح والمعايير الصناعية المتعلقة بأمان البيانات وخصوصيتها.
• تقييم وتنفيذ تقنيات وأنظمة جديدة لتعزيز قدرات التداول وكفاءة العمليات.
• إقامة وصيانة علاقات مع البائعين ومقدمي الخدمات لضمان تقديم خدمة عالية الجودة.
• تطوير وتطبيق السياسات والإجراءات الخاصة بتكنولوجيا المعلومات لضمان عمليات فعالة وآمنة.
• قيادة جهود التخطيط لاستعادة الأعمال واستمراريتها لتقليل المخاطر وضمان توفر الأنظمة.

المؤهلات:

• درجة بكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المعلومات، علوم الحاسوب، أو مجال ذي صلة.
• درجة الماجستير أو الشهادات ذات الصلة (مثل ITIL، PMP) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
• خبرة من 10 إلى 15 سنة في إدارة تكنولوجيا المعلومات، ويفضل في قطاع التجارة.
• معرفة قوية بأنظمة التداول، المنصات، والتقنيات.
• خبرة مثبتة في تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تكنولوجيا المعلومات وإدارة مشاريع تكنولوجيا المعلومات المعقدة.
• مهارات قيادة وإدارة فرق ممتازة، مع القدرة على تحفيز وتطوير الموظفين.
• مهارات تحليل وحل مشاكل قوية، مع اهتمام بالتفاصيل.
• مهارات تواصل وتفاعل ممتازة، مع القدرة على التعامل بفعالية مع أصحاب المصلحة على جميع المستويات.
• خبرة في الامتثال للوائح وأفضل الممارسات في أمان البيانات.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT strategies that support the company’s business objectives and trading operations.
  • Lead and manage the IT team, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Manage IT budgets, including forecasting, planning, and monitoring expenditures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to data security and privacy.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies and systems to enhance trading capabilities and operational efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure operations.
  • Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning efforts to minimize risks and ensure system availability.

  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) is a plus.
  • 10-15 years of experience in IT management, preferably within the trading sector.
  • Strong knowledge of trading systems, platforms, and technologies.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies and managing complex IT projects.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and data security best practices.
