متطلبات الوظيفة
التعليم:
- درجة دكتوراه (Ph.D.) في العلوم الصحية – ضروري
الخبرة:
- سنتان (2) من الخبرة بعد الحصول على درجة الدكتوراه – ضروري
متطلبات أخرى:
- مساهمات في الأدبيات العلمية كمحقق رئيسي أو مساعد في الأعمال البحثية – ضروري
- خبرة في تركيب وتوصيف الجزيئات البيولوجية المعقدة.
- خبرة في تركيب السكريات، والسكريات المركبة، والثيوغليكوسيدات، والكربوهيدرات، والجزيئات غير المتجانسة، والتقنيات الاصطناعية الآلية.
- خبرة في استخدام تقنيات تحليلية مثل: HPLC، NMR، TOF-LCMS، MALDI-TOF، IR وتنقية المركبات العضوية باستخدام الكروماتوغرافيا السريعة.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل، كتابة الأبحاث العلمية، والقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل أو كجزء من فريق أكبر.
مهارات اللغة الإنجليزية:
- (IELTS: 5، STEP: 75، أو TOEFL: (PBT: 466) (IBT: 51) – ضروري
المسؤوليات الوظيفية
المهام الرئيسية:
- مساعدة علماء الأبحاث الكبار في تصميم وإدارة التجارب السريرية.
- إجراء إجراءات مختلفة باستخدام تقنيات المختبر المعتمدة على كل من المعدات اليدوية والآلية تحت إشراف عالم كبير.
- المساعدة في تقييم البيانات المجمعة ومراقبة الإجراءات لضمان أن المنهجية تتوافق مع البروتوكول المهني.
- إجراء أبحاث مختبرية نشطة وبدء مشروع بحث مستقل في الأبحاث الطبية/ السريرية المتقدمة مع الحد الأدنى من الإشراف والتوجيه من عالم كبير.
- تقييم التطبيقات العلمية/ الطبية للتشخيص، والأبحاث المقدمة من قسم KAIMRC أو من يهتم بمراجعة وتحسين جودة مقترحاتهم البحثية.
- تنفيذ المنهجيات المثبتة والتمثيل كمحقق رئيسي وكممثل لـ KAIMRC في إصدار منشورات علمية ذات تأثير عالٍ.
- المسؤولية عن الأنشطة في مجالات التخصص المعينة ضمن مجال التكنولوجيا الحيوية الطبية، بما في ذلك تنظيم والإشراف على التعليم البحثي، وورش العمل، والمؤتمرات، والاجتماعات الموضوعية.
- تمثيل KAIMRC في الأبحاث في المؤتمرات الوطنية والدولية.
- تدريب الباحثين والتقنيين المبتدئين على منصات البحث الجديدة، والمعدات، والتقنيات.
- تعزيز العمل الجماعي، والتواصل، ومشاركة المعلومات بين المشاريع في مجال الخبرة
- أداء مهام أخرى ذات صلة بالوظيفة حسب الحاجة.

Job Requirements
Education: -Doctorate Degree (Ph.D.) in Health related science – Essential Experience: -Two (2) years of experience after PhD – Essential Other Requirements: -Contributions to the literature as a principal investigator or co-investigator of the research work – Essential – Experience in the synthesis and characterization of complex biomolecules. – Experience synthesizing Glycans, Glycoconjugates, Thioglycosides, carbohydrates, heterocyclic, molecules and automated synthetic techniques. – Experience in handling and using analytical techniques like: HPLC, NMR, TOF-LCMS, MALDI-TOF, IR and purification of organic compounds by flash chromatography. – Strong communication, scientific paper writing skills and ability to work independently or as part of larger team English Language skills: IELTS: 5, STEP: 75, or TOEFL: (PBT: 466) (IBT: 51)
Job Responsibilities
Principal Duties: – Assists Senior Research Scientists in designing and administrating clinical trials. – Performs various procedures using established laboratory techniques on both manual and automated equipment under the supervision of Senior Scientist. – Helps evaluate gathered data and monitor the procedures to assure that the methodology complies with the professional protocol. – Conducts hands-on, active lab research and initiate an independent research project in advanced medical/clinical research with the minimal supervision and direction of the Senior Scientist. – Evaluate scientific/ medical diagnostics, pathologists’ research applications received from KAIMRC division or those interested in reviewing and improving the quality of their research proposals. – Undertake methodologies of proven path evidence and functions as a Principle Investigator and representative of KAIMRC in the release of high impact scientific publications. – Responsible for the activities in the assigned areas of specialty within the field of Medical Biotechnology, including the organization and supervision of research education, workshops, conferences, and topical meetings. – Represents KAIMRC research work at national and international conferences. – Trains junior Researchers and Technologists on new research platform, equipment and technologies. – Promotes teamwork, communications and sharing of information among projects in the domain of expertise. – Performs other job related duties as required.
